Located on the NC State Centennial Campus, you'll find the modern and upscale Flask & Beaker restaurant.  Have a seat in this tech-savvy joint while you watch the chefs prepare a meal like no other in their open concept kitchen. Indulge in their seasonally curated menu that offers delicious options with a unique flair. Flask & Beaker is open for breakfast and dinner at limited capacity. Breakfast menu items include favorites like Eggs Benedict, Avacado Toast, and an Acai Bowl. You can enjoy chef's picks at the daily dinner buffet featuring soup or salad, a main entree and delectable dessert. Or, pull up a chair to the Lab Bar and have one of the mixologists concoct a hand-crafted cocktail, savory or sweet, for you to enjoy after a fun day in downtown Raleigh. One of our favorite featured cocktails is the Manada de Lobos, made with 1800 Tequila, lime juice, simple syrup, and refreshing muddled cucumbers, jalapenos & cilantro. Yum!
