Flask and Beaker is currently operating at full capacity. Our updated hours are as follows:
Breakfast from 6:00 a.m. to Noon.
Dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30p.m.
The bar is open from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Room Service is currently not available at The StateView Hotel.

The chefs at Flask & Beaker didn’t have to look far for decadent menu ideas. Drawing inspiration from North Carolina State University’s philosophy of research and collaboration, they looked to the local area, tapped into the spirit of inquiry, and brainstormed with farmers and growers to create a true farm-to-table experience.
Menu items will be chef’s choice, and will always include soup or salad, a main entree and dessert.
Flask & Beaker’s bar offerings are equally creative with that local twist, of course. The beer and wine list is brimming with carefully curated selections from the finest breweries and wineries in the region. Generous pours of local wines will provide you with a smooth ending to a busy day in Raleigh.
Our mixologists take their cocktails seriously. Through careful research plus recipe (and taste!) testing, our beverage team combines fresh ingredients with their own imaginations to create original, signature cocktails inspired by the local area and the seasons. They’re always up for a collaboration, so if there’s a cocktail you want, let them know. They’ll be happy to mix it up for you.
